Our approach
We work with developers and trusted sourcing partners to secure residential stock across the UK’s major city markets, from London to Edinburgh, then handle the analysis and due diligence so investors see only the opportunities worth their time. We are paid by the developer on completion, so there is no separate fee to the investor.

We bring more than 25 years of senior technology and commercial leadership in regulated financial services, including a decade as Head of Technology at a listed financial information group, leading acquisitions, due diligence and large-scale programmes.
